Steak Fajita

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Place flank steak in a resealable bag, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook the Steak

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 5-7 minutes per side or until it reaches desired doneness. Remove and let rest.

    In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.

    Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips.
