    Prepare the Manicotti

    Cook the manicotti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Fill the Manicotti

    In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stuff this mixture into the cooked manicotti shells.

    Prepare the Marinara Sauce

    In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Bake the Manicotti

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed manicotti in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

    Cook the Spaghetti

    In a pot, boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil.

    Prepare Ravioli and Tortellacci

    Cook the ravioli and tortellacci in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Serve

    Serve the manicotti, spaghetti, ravioli, and tortellacci on a plate. Accompany with a choice of salad or minestrone soup.
