Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken filets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken filets and sauté for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly reduced.

  5. 5

    Combine and Finish

Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Add butter and let it melt into the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken before serving. Serve with pasta or steamed vegetables.
