Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken filets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken filets and sauté for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly reduced.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken before serving. Serve with pasta or steamed vegetables.
