Prepare the Veal
Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Dredge in Flour
Coat the seasoned veal cutlets in all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess flour.

Sear the Veal
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the veal cutlets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly.

Combine and Finish
Return the veal cutlets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the veal is heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
