Cook the Manicotti
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water.
- 2
Add the Manicotti
Carefully add the manicotti tubes to the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes until they are al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, chopped parsley, 0.5 tsp of salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 5
Fill the Manicotti
Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill each manicotti tube with the cheese filling. Make sure to pack the filling well.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, and 1 tsp of salt to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
