Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepping the Seafood

Rinse the clams and mussels under cold water to remove any sand or debris. Remove the beards from the mussels and set them aside.

  2. 2

    Preparing the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse them under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. 3

    Stuffed Mushrooms and Peppers

Ensure the stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers bolognese are ready. If they are homemade, prepare them according to your favorite recipe.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 5

    Cook Seafood

Add the clams and mussels to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shells open.

  3. 6

    Add Shrimp

Stir in the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. 7

    Season the Mixture

Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and remove from heat.

  5. 8

    Combine with Stuffed Items

Place the stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers on a serving platter. Top with the seafood mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
