Method
Steak & Shrimp Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Steak and Shrimp
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place the ribeye steak and shrimp in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure both the steak and shrimp are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Grill the Steak
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the steak. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (130°F for medium-rare). Once done, remove from the grill and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- 4
Grill the Shrimp
Thread the shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand). Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill.
House Salad Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently to combine.
- 6
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
