Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the wings.
- 2
Prepare Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange Wings
Place the coated wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for even cooking.
- 4
Bake Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Frying Wings
- 5
Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 6
Fry Wings
Carefully add the baked wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 5-7 minutes until they reach an additional crispiness.
- 7
Remove and Drain
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
