Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Sage
In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh sage leaves to release their flavor.

Mix the Ingredients
Add the peach liqueur, amaretto, and Lillet Rose to the shaker with the muddled sage.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a champagne flute and top with Mumm Napa Brut.

Garnish
Garnish with fresh cherries on a cocktail pick and a sprig of sage, if desired.
