    Prepare the Eggs

    Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes.

    Cool and Peel

    After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

    Make the Filling

    In a bowl, scoop out the egg yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, kimchi, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and salt. Mash together until smooth.

    Fill the Eggs

    Spoon or pipe the kimchi egg yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites.

    Garnish

    Sprinkle chopped green onions and black sesame seeds on top for garnish.
