Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a cup of strong espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Make the Mascarpone Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- 3
Soak the Ladyfingers
Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso for about 1-2 seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- 4
Layer the Ingredients

Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 6
Serve
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and optionally sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
