Ingredients for Lamb Sliders

Method

Directions for Lamb Sliders

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lamb Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Form the mixture into 6 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Remove from heat and let them rest.

  3. 3

    Make the Harissa Yogurt

In a small bowl, combine the plain yogurt and harissa paste. Mix well and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Cucumber Salad

In a separate bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Toss until well coated.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the potato rolls in half. Place a lamb patty on the bottom half of each roll, top with a dollop of harissa yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, and a generous helping of cucumber salad. Place the top half of the roll on each slider.
