Fish Preparation

Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Cooking the Fish

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Fish
Carefully add the breaded fish fillets to the skillet and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Cabbage Slaw Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.

Dress the Slaw
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Chipotle Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
Taco Assembly

Warm the Tortillas
Lightly warm the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.

Place a few pieces of crispy fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and garnish with fresh lime wedges.
