Making the Pancakes
- 3
Mix Wet and Dry
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 4
Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
- 5
Cook Pancakes
Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 6
Keep Warm
Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm while you cook the remaining batter.
