Method
Preparation
- 1
Juicing the Oranges
Begin by thoroughly washing the fresh oranges. Cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice if you prefer a pulp-free drink.
- 2
Chilling the Beer
Ensure that your Lost Forty seasonal beer is chilled to a suitable drinking temperature, ideally around 40°F (4°C).
Assembly
- 3
Mixing the Brew'mosa
In a large glass or beer mug, pour the chilled Lost Forty seasonal beer first. Slowly add the freshly squeezed orange juice on top, allowing the two to combine gently.
- 4
Garnishing
For an elegant touch, garnish your Brew'mosa with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass and a few mint leaves floating on top.
