Gather all the ingredients including a bottle of champagne, fresh orange juice, and optional orange slices for garnish.

Chill the Champagne
Ensure the champagne is well-chilled before serving. You can place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or in an ice bucket for about 30 minutes.

Mix the Mimosas
In a champagne flute or a glass of your choice, pour 1 part fresh orange juice to 2 parts champagne. The typical ratio is 1/3 orange juice to 2/3 champagne, but you can adjust to your taste.

If desired, add an orange slice to the rim of the glass for garnish. This adds a nice touch and enhances the presentation.
