Preparing the Cheese

Select and Cut the Cheeses
Choose your selection of cheeses - Brie, Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Goat cheese. Cut the Brie and Cheddar into wedges or slices. Crumble the Gorgonzola and slice the Goat cheese into rounds. Arrange them on a cheese board.

Prepare the Crackers
Select a variety of crackers: water crackers, whole grain crackers, and seeded crackers. Arrange them around the cheese on the cheese board, providing a variety of textures and flavors.
Adding Accompaniments

Add Fresh Fruits and Honey
Wash the fresh grapes and dry them gently. Place them on the cheese board alongside the cheeses and crackers. Arrange the dried figs next to the cheeses. Lastly, pour honey into a small bowl and place it on the board for drizzling over the cheeses.
