Tortilla Chips

Brisket

Method

Prepare the Brisket

  1. 1

    Shred the Brisket

If you have leftover smoked brisket, shred it into bite-sized pieces. If not, cook the brisket as per your recipe, then shred it.

  2. 2

    Mix with BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, combine the shredded brisket with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

Assemble the Nachos

  1. 3

    Layer Tortilla Chips

On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.

  2. 4

    Add Brisket

Evenly distribute the BBQ brisket over the tortilla chips.

  3. 5

    Sprinkle Cheese

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the brisket.

  4. 6

    Add Jalapeños

Spread the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.

Bake and Serve

  1. 7

    Bake the Nachos

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  2. 8

    Garnish

Once out of the oven, drizzle sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve the brisket nachos hot, and enjoy!
