Method
Prepare the Brisket

Shred the Brisket
If you have leftover smoked brisket, shred it into bite-sized pieces. If not, cook the brisket as per your recipe, then shred it.

Assemble the Nachos

Layer Tortilla Chips
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.

Add Brisket
Evenly distribute the BBQ brisket over the tortilla chips.

Sprinkle Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the brisket.

Add Jalapeños
Spread the sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
Bake and Serve

Bake the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish
Once out of the oven, drizzle sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
