Stir in the diced green chiles, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes with green chiles, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Adjust salt to taste.

In a serving bowl, pour the cheese dip and top with the salsa. Serve with tortilla chips and saltine crackers on the side.
