Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the fresh jalapeños in half, removing the seeds for less heat if desired. Rinse and pat dry the cilantro.

Let it Infuse
Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours, shaking gently every few hours to mix the ingredients.

Strain the Mixture
After the infusion period, strain the tequila through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean bottle to remove the solids.
Mixing the Drink

Prepare the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine 60 ml of the infused tequila, 60 ml of lime juice, and 30 ml of agave syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Serve
Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedges, fresh cilantro leaves, and jalapeño slices on top.
