Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain and Toss

Once cooked, drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook Vegetables

Add the zucchini, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  3. 5

    Add Tomatoes and Spinach

Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are heated through.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 6

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 7

    Adjust Seasoning

Toss everything together to combine well. If needed, adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 8

    Add Parmesan

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and toss until well mixed.

Serving

  1. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the pasta primavera warm, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
