Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs approximately 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
Marinara Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Add the crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Simmer the Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the chopped fresh basil just before serving.

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place a generous amount of marinara sauce. Top with the baked meatballs and dollops of Bellwether Farms ricotta.

Sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the meatballs and serve with grilled ciabatta bread on the side.
