Cook the Chorizo
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Caggiano chorizo. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until it is browned and fully cooked.

Prepare the Refried Beans
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the refried beans until heated through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Avocado
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice into thin pieces.

Assemble the Tostadas
On each tostada shell, spread a layer of warmed refried beans, followed by the cooked chorizo. Top with slices of avocado and a fried egg. Crumble queso fresco over the top.

Make the Salsa
In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
