Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the airline chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Roast the Chicken

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven and let rest.

  3. 3

    Cook the Mushrooms

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Creamed Corn

In a saucepan, combine fresh corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat until the corn is tender and the cream thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Stir in chopped fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the roasted airline chicken breasts and top with sautéed mushrooms. Serve the creamed corn on the side, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
