Prepare Proteins

Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning to the ground beef along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.

Cook Chorizo
In the same skillet used for the ground beef, cook chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Prepare Vegetables

Slice Bell Peppers and Onion
Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Prepare Lettuce and Tomatoes
Wash and chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes. Slice the avocados.
Set Up Taco Bar

On a large table or counter, arrange proteins, vegetables, tortillas, and salsas. Place each in separate bowls for easy serving.
