Method

Prepare Proteins

  1. 1

    Cook Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Season Ground Beef

Add taco seasoning to the ground beef along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.

  3. 3

    Cook Chicken Breast

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 7-8 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let cool, then slice.

  4. 4

    Cook Chorizo

In the same skillet used for the ground beef, cook chorizo over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Prepare Vegetables

  1. 5

    Slice Bell Peppers and Onion

Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

  2. 6

    Prepare Lettuce and Tomatoes
