Prepare the Margarita Mix

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing pitcher, combine the fresh lime juice, triple sec, tequila, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients well.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and add salt if desired. Stir again to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.
Serve Over Ice

Prepare Glasses
Rim the glasses with lime juice and dip them in salt for a salted rim, if desired.

Add Ice
Fill each glass with ice cubes, about halfway full.

Pour Margarita Mix
Pour the margarita mix over the ice in each glass until filled.

Garnish each drink with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
