Churro Dough Preparation

Boil the Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine water, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add Flour
Once the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from heat and quickly stir in the all-purpose flour until the dough forms a ball. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Incorporate Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.

Mix Cinnamon Sugar
In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside for later use.
Frying the Churros

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Pipe the Dough
Transfer the churro dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Carefully pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length with scissors.

Fry Until Golden
Fry the churros for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
