Chicken Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the buttermilk with salt and black pepper. Submerge the chicken breasts in the buttermilk mixture and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Prepare for Frying
In a shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting any excess drip off, then coat each piece in flour, dip in the egg, and coat again in flour.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken breasts and fry for about 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
