1. Prepare the Rim
Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of your cocktail glass. Dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it evenly. Set aside.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Patrón Silver Tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of orange liqueur.
3. Shake
Add ice to the shaker and cover. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, being careful not to disturb the salted rim.
5. Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
