Crabmeat Sauté

Garlic Mash

Thin Beans

Charred Tomato Lemon Butter

Method

Crabmeat Sauté

  1. 1

    Sauté the Crabmeat

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the crabmeat, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Garlic Mash

  1. 2

    Prepare the Garlic Mash

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters and boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic, cooking for 2 minutes. Drain the potatoes and mash them. Stir in the melted garlic butter and heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

Thin Beans

  1. 3

    Cook the Thin Beans

In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the green beans, season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.

Charred Tomato Lemon Butter

  1. 4

Prepare the Charred Tomato Lemon Butter

In the same skillet used for the crabmeat, add 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and cook over medium-high heat until they start to blister, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the butter is melted and the tomatoes are well coated.
