Prepare the Garlic Mash
Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters and boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic, cooking for 2 minutes. Drain the potatoes and mash them. Stir in the melted garlic butter and heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

Cook the Thin Beans
In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the green beans, season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the beans are tender but still crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.
Charred Tomato Lemon Butter

Prepare the Charred Tomato Lemon Butter
In the same skillet used for the crabmeat, add 1 cup of cherry tomatoes and cook over medium-high heat until they start to blister, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the butter is melted and the tomatoes are well coated.
