Brewing the Coffee

Grind the Coffee Beans
Using a coffee grinder, grind 200g of blended coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.

Boil the Water
In a kettle, bring 800ml of water to a boil. Remove from heat once boiling.

Brew the Coffee
Combine the ground coffee in a French press or coffee maker with the boiling water. Let it steep for about 4 minutes.

If using a French press, gently press down the plunger. If using a coffee maker, allow it to filter through completely.

Mix Cocoa and Cinnamon
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well.
