Prepare Your Glass
Select a whiskey glass and place it in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add the Eagle Rare Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, and Simple Syrup.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, approximately 5 cups, to chill and dilute the mixture.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Cocktail
Remove the chilled whiskey glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into the glass.
