Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meats

Slice the cantimpalo chorizo and speck into thin rounds. Arrange them on one side of the serving board.

  2. 2

    Add the Cheese

Place the burrata cheese in the center of the board. You can leave it whole or cut it open slightly to reveal the creamy inside.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Pickles

Add the pickles on the opposite side of the meats. You can cut them into spears or leave them whole depending on your preference.

  4. 4

    Add the Pesto

Spoon the rabe-walnut pesto into a small bowl and place it on the board. This will make it easy for guests to spread it on the bread.

  5. 5

    Incorporate the Mostarda

Spoon the fennel mostarda into another small bowl and place it on the board to complement the other flavors.

  6. 6

    Grill the Bread

Grill the slices of bread until they are golden brown and have grill marks. This should take about 2-3 minutes per side on a hot grill.

  7. 7

    Final Assembly

Arrange the grilled bread slices around the board, allowing guests to enjoy the meats, cheese, and condiments together.
