Cooking Pasta
- 1
Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add a pinch of salt and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain the Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside. Do not rinse.
Preparing Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- 4
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5
Add Vegetables
Add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season the Vegetables
Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combining Pasta and Vegetables
