Method

Preparation of Shrimp

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the jumbo shrimp to the bowl and toss until fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Shrimp

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated shrimp directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and have nice grill marks. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Preparation of Cocktail Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Cocktail Sauce

In a medium bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more horseradish or hot sauce if desired.
