Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water.

Chop the Lettuce
Chop the cleaned romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Parmesan and Croutons
Grate or shave the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the chopped lettuce. Add the croutons on top of the salad.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.

Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to the dressing according to taste. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl.

Serve the Caesar salad immediately to enjoy freshness. Optionally, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
