Preparation of Pan de Elote
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Blend the Corn
In a blender, combine the sweet corn kernels, eggs, milk, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Combine Mixtures
Pour the blended corn mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
5. Pour into Baking Dish
