Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Season the Salmon

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, then season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 4

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it is fully liquid.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic and Lemon Juice

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the lemon juice.

  3. 6

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to the sauce, and mix well.

  4. 7

    Finish with Parsley

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Place the grilled salmon fillets on serving plates.

  2. 9

    Drizzle with Sauce

Spoon the lemon butter sauce generously over each salmon fillet before serving.
