Dough Preparation

Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm milk (about 110°F/43°C) with sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center, add melted butter, eggs, and the activated yeast mixture.

Mix until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter and set aside.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Starting from the long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
