Method

Omelette

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Omelette Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper. Dice the cooked bacon, tomato, and avocado.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelette

In the same skillet, pour the egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat. As the edges set, gently lift them with a spatula to allow uncooked eggs to flow underneath.

  4. 4

    Add Fillings

Once the eggs are mostly set, sprinkle the diced bacon, tomato, and cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the fillings and let it cook for another minute.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate. Top with sliced avocado.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

In a toaster or on a skillet, toast the slices of bread to your desired level of crispiness.

  2. 7

    Butter the Toast

Spread butter on the toasted bread while still warm.

Home Fries

  1. 8

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potato into small cubes. Dice the onion.

  2. 9

    Cook the Home Fries

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and onions, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
