Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Cajun Cream Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, and salt to taste. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and sea scallops, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

Sear the Salmon and Fresh Fish

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Season the salmon and fresh fish with salt and pepper. Sear for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Sauté Spinach

In the same skillet, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Plate the Dish

On each plate, create a bed of sautéed spinach. Arrange the seafood (shrimp, scallops, salmon, and fresh fish) on top. Drizzle the Cajun cream sauce over the seafood and add the lobster meat. Serve with grilled tomato halves on the side.
