1. Prepare the Tuille Batter
In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, flour, melted butter, egg whites, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Shape the Tuille
Using a stencil, spread a thin layer of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the shape of leaves. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden.
3. Cool and Shape
Let the tuille cool slightly before carefully lifting and shaping it while still warm. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
