Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Cooking the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for the recommended time, usually around 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy. Stir halfway through for even cooking.

Cook the Patties

  1. 2

    Grilling the Patties

Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Roseda Farms dry aged beef patties with salt and pepper. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 3

    Slicing the Onion

While the patties are cooking, slice the onion into thin rings. You can also sauté them in a skillet with a little oil if you prefer them caramelized.

  2. 4

    Preparing the Pickles

Slice the pickles into thin rounds or spears as per your preference.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Building the Burger

Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown. Spread a generous amount of Leo sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheddar on top. Add the sliced pickles and onions. Top it off with the other half of the brioche bun.

Serve

  1. 6

    Plating

Serve the Leo Smash Burger alongside the crispy fries. Enjoy your delicious homemade burger!
