Prepare the Mixed Greens

In a large salad bowl, add 4 cups of mixed greens. You can use a mix of lettuce varieties such as romaine, arugula, and spinach.

Add Cherry Tomatoes

Rinse 1 cup of cherry tomatoes under cold water. Slice them in half and add to the bowl with the mixed greens.

Prepare the Cucumber

Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Cut it into thin slices or half-moons, depending on your preference, and add to the salad bowl.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Preparation

Combine Vinaigrette Ingredients

In a small bowl or jar, combine 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Season the Dressing

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk or shake the mixture until thoroughly combined and emulsified.

Combine and Serve
