Prepare Cucumbers
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or spears, depending on your preference.

Pickle the Cucumbers

Select Your Board
Choose a large wooden or slate board to assemble your charcuterie.

- 6
Add the Cheeses
Next, add the cheeses (brie, cheddar, goat cheese) in between the meats. Cut the cheeses into wedges or slices for easy serving.

Incorporate the Pickles
Add the house-made pickles to the board, placing them in a small bowl or directly on the board.
- 8
Add Accompaniments
Fill in the board with olives, nuts, crackers, and sliced baguette to complement the meats and cheeses.
- 9
Final Touch
Garnish the board with additional herbs or edible flowers if desired for presentation.
