Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that the potatoes cook evenly and become crispy.
- 3
Prepare the Beef Fat Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the beef fat, horseradish powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- 4
Coat the Potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, add the cleaned fingerling potatoes. Pour the beef fat mixture over the potatoes and toss them thoroughly until they are evenly coated.
- 5
Roast the Potatoes
Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow for proper roasting. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Once the potatoes are roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top for a fresh flavor and vibrant color. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
