K-TOWN BURGER Ingredients

Method

K-TOWN BURGER Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 2 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.

  4. 4

    Make the Kitchen Sink Mayo

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce to taste. Adjust the spice level based on your preference.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Cut the potatoes into fries. Heat the beef fat or vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous amount of kitchen sink mayo. Add the beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the K-Town Burger with a side of beef fat fries.
