Prepare the Beef Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 2 equal patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Add a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.

Make the Kitchen Sink Mayo
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce to taste. Adjust the spice level based on your preference.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous amount of kitchen sink mayo. Add the beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the K-Town Burger with a side of beef fat fries.
