Method

Biscuit Preparation

1

Make the Biscuit Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

2

Bake the Biscuit

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the biscuit for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.

Make the Blueberry Compote

In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens (about 10-15 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Chocolate Cream

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and stir in the milk chocolate until smooth. Let it cool slightly before serving.
