Lobster Tail Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Remove the vein and any other inedible parts.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Baste the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, cut side up. Generously baste the lobster with the garlic butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter on the side.
