Greek Salad

Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
Grape Leaves

Stuff the Grape Leaves
Lay a grape leaf flat, place a spoonful of filling at the base, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining leaves.

Cook the Grape Leaves
Place stuffed grape leaves in a pot, add lemon juice and enough water to cover. Simmer for 30-45 minutes until rice is cooked.
Falafel

Form the Falafel
Add flour to the mixture and blend until just combined. Shape into balls or patties.

Fry the Falafel
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry falafel in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
Hummus

Serve the Hummus
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired. Serve with pita or veggies.
Baba Ghanoush

Roast the Eggplant
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prick the eggplant with a fork and roast for 30-40 minutes until soft.

Serve the Baba Ghanoush
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita or as a dip.
Pita

Warm the Pita
Heat pita bread in the oven or on a skillet for a few minutes until warm and pliable.

Cut pita into wedges and serve alongside the other dishes.
